Four level office/retail buildings, a 15,000m2 six level ‘spiral’ carpark and refurbishment of an existing six level building for residential/retail use. Project cost – $40 million.
Watt Street, Parnell carpark with Adams Langley Architects
3500m2 three suspended floor carpark using an economic braced steel framed superstructure and steel truss supported flooring system.
Head Office for FIRESTONE NZ in Newmarket with Deighton Gibbs Architects
High quality three level office and carparking building utilising a concrete frame, precast panel and structural steel superstructure. Project cost $3.5 million.
Commercial Office Development at Rosedale Road, Albany
